Rosalyn E. Duncan, RN is a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 25 years of clinical expertise in a variety of settings including dialysis, case management, home health, oncology, nephrology, geriatrics, and correctional healthcare. A graduate of Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing and Nassau Technical Center, she holds licensure and advanced training in ACLS, BCLS, EKG, central lines, and HIV counseling.

Throughout her career, Rosalyn has served in leadership and direct care roles across Florida and New York, including positions at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, DaVita Dialysis, Fresenius Medical Care, and Visiting Nurse Services of New York. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving health outcomes through education, ethical practice, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Known for her dedication, clinical insight, and steady leadership, she continues to advocate for wellness in both acute and community-based settings.
